******* 🎥 THIS VIDEO IS AVAILABLE WITH ENGLISH SUBTITLE 🎥 *******<br /><br />Hello Guys,<br /><br />Welcome to "Perpetual's Kitchen".<br /><br />Ghol fish, also known as Black Spotted Croaker, is one of the tastiest and most delicate seafood varieties. In Maharashtra’s Konkan region, fish curries are made with fresh coconut, kokum, and a unique blend of spices that give them a tangy, spicy, and aromatic flavor.<br /><br />The Maharashtrian Konkani Ghol Fish Curry is a traditional coastal recipe where the richness of coconut blends with fiery masalas and the sourness of kokum/tamarind, creating a perfect balance of flavors.<br /><br />🔷 Here’s a quick recipe:-<br />☛FOR MARINATION:-<br />* Take Ghol Fish pieces (Black Spotted Croaker) - 1.5 Kg in a bowl.<br />* Add ½ tsp Salt.<br />* ½ tsp Turmeric powder.<br />* ½ Lemon juice.<br />* Mix well.<br />* Set aside for 10 minutes to marinate.<br /><br />☛FOR MASALA PASTE:-<br />* Take ½ bowl of Coconut slices in a grinding jar.<br />* Add 1 inch roughly chopped Ginger.<br />* 4 Garlic Cloves.<br />* 1 Toughly sliced onion.<br />* 1 roughly chopped green chilli.<br />* 2 roughly chopped tomatoes.<br />* ½ Bowl of coriander leaves.<br />* Grind it.<br />* Our Masala paste is ready.<br /><br /> ⬗Method:-<br />* Heat ¼ cup of oil in a kadai (WOK)<br />* Add 15-20 Fenugreek seeds, 1 tsp Cumin seeds & 1 tsp grated garlic. Stir, fry & cook.<br />* Add 1 finely chopped onion & fry them till they turn light brown in color.<br />* Add Curry leaves - 1 Sprig. stir & fry.<br />* Add the masala paste. stir & cook.<br />* Add 2 tbsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tbsp Coriander powder & ½ tsp Turmeric powder. Mix & cook well.<br />* Wash the grinding jar in which we made the masala paste & pour that water into the kadai. Stir well.<br />* Add salt to taste & mix well.<br />* Close the lid & let it cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.<br />* Open the lid after 5 minutes & mix well<br />* Add water - 200 ML & stir well.<br />* Add 10-12 Kokum (Garcinia Indica) - Soaked in water.
